Refund & Returns Policy – Biju’s Tours
At Biju’s Tours, we strive to provide the best possible travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund: Cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
- Partial refund (50%): Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour date.
- No refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date or no-shows.
Changes to Bookings
- Date changes may be possible depending on availability.
- Any additional costs (hotel or transport adjustments) will be borne by the traveler.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered in case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, at our discretion.
Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
